Longboat ride into Brunei Pristine Tropical Rainforest

Introduction.

Temburong Districts is the gateway to Ulu Temburong National
Park. Forest cover is more than 469,000 hectares or 80.6 per cent of land area in the country. With quite an expanse of area, the parkland encompasses everything from mixed dipterocarp forest to montane forest on high ridges.


Explore into further interior, Brunei's tropical rain forest make you truly experience the forest lined rivers, myriad sound of birds and insects, the lush dark greenery, and the total environment involves the mind in a new sensation that visitors never dreamed before.

To access there only by longboat or 'Temuai' called by local people. In those days people rely on longboat as a main transportation for ferrying and fishing.
